McKinley Avenue Design Co. offers three levels of residential service: Full-Home Design, Signature Rooms, and E-Design. Each engagement begins with a careful look at how your household uses each room, which pieces you plan to keep, and what you want guests to notice. From there, we develop a complete design plan, manage sourcing and coordination with the trades, and remain on the project through final installation. At every stage, you will know the status of the work, the cost, and the next step.

Every engagement is priced as a flat design fee and documented in a written Investment Summary before any work begins. The summary defines the scope, the schedule, and the decisions required from you, and it guides the project from start to finish.

Most clients know what they want before they can describe it. We turn reference images, rough notes, and early ideas into precise drawings, finishes, and furnishings, so the finished room matches what you pictured.
Every room is designed around how it will be used. We specify performance fabrics for households with children and pets, plan storage before styling, and select finishes that wear well over time. The finished home is as practical as it is beautiful.

We serve as your liaison with every contractor and tradesperson, source custom furnishings and original art, and manage the project against a dedicated timeline. At installation, each room is styled in full before we walk you through the finished home.

Signature Rooms is for clients who would like to begin with the spaces that matter most, typically the living room, kitchen, or primary suite. Each room receives the same level of design attention as a full home and sets the direction for any rooms designed in later phases.
Every room is presented in 3D before an order is placed. The studio then manages procurement and installation, and the space is delivered complete.

Included
Remote Design brings the studio's complete design process to clients outside the Houston area. Through scheduled virtual meetings, we develop a full plan for each room, from layout and finishes to every furnishing, and present it in 3D before anything is ordered.
The service is suited to clients who are relocating, furnishing a second home, or prefer to work remotely. It is held to the same design standard as our local projects, with documentation detailed enough for your own contractors and installers to follow.

discovery
We coordinate delivery and installation, style each room to the final detail, and conclude with a walkthrough of the finished home. Should anything require adjustment after you have settled in, the studio remains available to address it.
installation
Once you’ve approved the selections, we order every furnishing, textile, fixture, and piece of art through our trade network, track each shipment, and resolve any issues that arise. You receive regular status updates and are never required to contact a vendor directly.
procurement & sourcing
After you’ve approved the concept, we’ll bring the vision to life: choosing materials, finishes, and furnishings, and creating 3D visuals so you can see it all come together.
We’ll walk through the final design presentation in person, from mood boards to layouts and budget!

Here’s where the magic begins! I’ll create a full design concept tailored to your space - complete with mood boards, layouts, materials, and furniture selections. You’ll get a real sense of how everything will look and feel.

If you're local, we'll come to your place for a detailed consultation. We’ll take measurements, talk through the layout, lighting, and flow, and explore how you live in the space.
After the visit, I’ll put together a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and investment.
